Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are HSI's authorized overseas distributor for fast-charge protocol testers. HSI develops and builds the test equipment; we handle supply and technical support for overseas customers.
Q: Can you test my specific charger, adapter or power bank?
A: In most cases yes. The testers cover USB-C PD (incl. PD3.1), QC, PE, AFC, FCP, SCP, VOOC and PPS, and run functional, parameter and performance checks on chargers, adapters and power banks. Send us your model and we will confirm the test plan.
Q: Do you support private fast-charge protocols like Huawei SCP, VOOC or Samsung AFC?
A: Yes. Public and private protocols are tested separately, so a pass means the device really negotiates and delivers, not just that the port lights up.
Q: Can the tester connect to our MES?
A: Yes. Per-unit results are logged, exportable, and the systems support MES integration, so every tested unit is traceable by serial or barcode.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Single unit. A bench tester can ship as one piece; we also build multi-station ATE lines for higher-volume production.
Q: Do you provide a factory calibration report?
A: Yes. Every unit ships with a factory calibration report, and the test data is recorded per unit for your own quality records.
